New property Pickens County land

This is a great tract we have for sale. It is 28.8 acres. About 1/2 is in pasture. There is a nice stream on the back of the property. it is on a paved road. And there is county water on the road as well as a well on the property. Best of all asking price is 14,900 an acre. this is a really aggressive price for this type of tract
