Next Saturday we will be at the Fort Lauderdale Sheraton for the mountain real estate expo. There are over 60 real estate brokers already registered to be at the show. It is from 10 am to 6 pm both Saturday and Sunday. It is being advertised heavily on the air waves in Florida. This is the fourth show. There wil be people from 4 states there showing mountain property.
Why bring this up ? The number 2 destination for baby boomers is mountains for a second home or retirement home. This is a great opportunity to network and increase your income through referrals.
