Real Estate; Talking Rock Creek Resorts

Talking Rock Creek resorts is a community in our beautiful North Georgia Mountains. It is not to be confused with the town of Talking rock  which is some miles away. The community is gated. And yes Talking Rock Creek flows through it. The community is unique in a number of ways

1 There is a section devoted to RV lots. These lots are convenient to the main gate and come equipped with water septic and electric. They make a great place to park the rv and explore the mountains with a car you may have towed. They are strictly controlled so the park is very pretty and is great for those who want to spend time in many areas in the mountains.

2 The community features lots almost all over 1 acre. For those who want privacy but not isolation Talking Rock Creek strikes a good balance.

3 The community has a swimming pool a chapel and tennis court but is not chock full of amenities. This keeps the POA dues at a reasonable price.

4 The community is across the road from Carters lake. Carters lake is 3100 acres and the deepest lake east of the Mississippi. It is kept pristine by the Army corp of engineers.

Lot prices start as low as 28 thousand and homes start in the 140,000's making Talking Rock Creek Resorts a great and affordable place to be in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.
