Ever have one, or more of those days when;
1 Your Internet connection resembles a Duncan yo yo at work
2 You are rushing to a showing and forgot your lock box key
3 You get to the appointment and the lock box is combo even though your mls says it is electronic. Of course the other agent does not answer the phone.
4 The soil test fails on a land deal
etc etc etc So how do you stay sane?
Even in a thunderstorm the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains provides a moment of peace, tranquility and sanity
These pictures are taken at the start of the Smokies. Where are the houses? Where is the congestion? Only the beauty of the mountains and the air cleansed by Altitude and the trees is around you.
So how do we get to this great place. Do we need a dog sled? Do we need a bush pilot? Do we need shots? These photos are taken about 90 minutes as the car drives from the North Atlanta suburbs. You can have peace and tranquility in a great mountain home and be close to shops and conveniences. Take a time out driving and parking the car and looking is how I stay sane.

Have experienced your first and second on the list. Luckily it was my own listing and I had a spare key in my purse. (oops!)
Shake it off, tomorrow will be better.
Have ran into the top 3...LOL Oh the joy of real estate!
Sincerely,
Kathleen
Hi Charlie,
I hate when all of those things happen on the same day!
Sometimes I take deep breaths, sometimes I throw objects at my computer....Lol!
I hope you'll remember me if you learn of anyone moving to "The OC" and I will do the same!
Best regards.

I have had the first 3 and within the last month! Thank heavens it wasn't a new client! Days like that come and go!
P.S. Thanks for the peaceful photos.
I could use a break at a place just like this... these are gorgeous photos.
Sweet! I think that views like that have an actual physical effect on the body. Thanks for sharing them.
