Charlie Ragonesi Big Canoe Realestate's Blog: 3 AM

3 AM

This morning I woke up at 3 AM . Then I heard it . In the distance was the faint howl of a wolf. Two days ago I saw it crossing the road in front of me. Now this was a country road in the mountains. I knew the red wolf had been re-introduced to the mountains. I got a real good look at this animal as it strolled in front of me. My mind raced. OK not a dog, I have seen coyotes before. Could it be?  Yes it was. And last night I woke up to their howl. There were 2 of them.

How great is it to live in the mountains!!!!! This is gated community living in the North Georgia Mountains. It just makes you smile. Come on and visit. You will smile too!!!!

Charlie,

That is so cool!  I love to visit the mountains of Georgia and Colorado.  We have deer here and some other wild animals, but not in our cities!  Enjoy that wonderful cry in the night!

HI Charlie, happy weekend, maybe next time he crossing in front of you your camera will be handy?  As to my knowledge we don't have wolves around these parts, fox yes, deer lots, raccoons yes, some coyotes farther out than my house... wildlife is exciting to see in the wild.

The only wild animal you will see here in Houston at that hour of the night would be someone leaving a club that is running a red light!!!

Hi Charlie...

I had a coyote run in front of my car the other night ... luckily, I missed him but he sure was beautiful!
