It has rained here for 10 straight days and today looks no different. Maybe by the end of today we would see a yellow thing in the sky called the sun. In any event it has certainly slowed lookers and buyers for homes!.
Trying to make lemonade out of lemons, today I will sarch around for the best mushrooms for photos that have sprung up ! I have never seen weather like this here in the 23 years we have been in North Georgia

Good use of words.....we just had our first rain in weeks here. We needed it.
Just spoke to my brother in south Georgia...needs to plwo his fields but the rain will not slow!
This is kind of funny. last week I posted a blog called "Rain, rain, don't go away". It's bee a long stretch of gray and on and off rain, but we were in a serious drought situation. so, I'll grin and bear it for a while longer.
Hey Charlie, may place an umbrella stand outside your office and advertise a free umbrella with every showing. You would be surprised how many folks cannot remember where they placed their umbrella. And, it might be just the gimmick to pick up some buyers. LOL
Hi Charlie:
We had rain everyday in NJ during the entire month of June...
Finally summer came, and quickly left...
Charlie....send it our way. So looking forward to cooler days and some rain. Muddy doggie....but that's okay! I promise we will take the RAIN!
Charlie --- WOW -- that is a lot of rain --- we could actually use a little of that here in Charleston.

Last rain in Menomonie Wisconsin was 28 days ago. It was a whoppin 1/10 of an inch. We are as dry as a bone here.
In AZ We need some rain...
Hey Charlie we are with you up here in T.O. Canada! After having the rainest July in years, we just broke another record for going 21 straight days without rain in September! Crazy weather eh?

I was watching the news tonight and I didn't realize the amount of rain Georgia is getting, stay dry.
Good luck and success.
