This post was some what inspired by Lenn Harley and her re posting of information. OK here goes. Washington JUST ASK !!!!!!
You folks are creating rules and regulations in a Vacuum. You continually change them because after they are put into effect they bomb. So JUST ASK. I know you mean well, yes I believe that, but you are screwing up.
DO NOT ASK the heads of NAR . The last time they sold something the contracts were signed with Fountain pens. Do not ask the heads of banks. The only homes they see are the ones they live in when they get out of their tinted glass limos. ASK BROKERS both in Mortgage and Real Estate. Ask the people who are in the trenches. Ask people who day to day have to live with your uninformed decisions or your uniformed non decisions !!!!
ASK , ASK, ASK the people who day to day see the market. Then guess what ? You will not be guilty of the sin , There is never time to do it right but always time to do it over. We the people might even start to like you again. Wouldn't that be a real American Revolution.

We are the experts in our field, just amazes me when a buyer says --- my uncle/aunt said.... When were they in this business? And they live in a different state! Great post!
Good Post Charlie...All they have to do is ask, why is that so hard for them?
