Keep Bent Tree Beautiful, a group of concerned property owners dedicated to action that results in returning our community to a condition that we can all be proud of, is coordinating two work days on Friday, September 24th and Saturday, September 25th. We’re looking for volunteers to help with clean-up and clearing of deadfall in the areas near the Administration building and up Little Pine Mountain Road to the three way stop. There may be more areas worked, depending on how many volunteers show up to help.
We’ll be gathering at 9:00 a.m. at the recycle center where work assignments will be handed out. We plan to work all day both days, with breaks for nourishment (snacks will be provided…please bring whatever you want to drink). If you can’t work all day, please come for a few hours. We’d appreciate it if you could bring any tools and supplies that might help us get the job done (don’t count on electricity being available). Please be sure to label tools with your name. Also, since we can’t predict how many people will show up, we strongly suggest carpooling or drop-off/pick-up to avoid parking issues.
