The Mountain Real Estate Report
This week we cover 2 main areas on the Mountain Real Estate report. The first part of the show talks about the current Market and trends. The second part of the show is dedicated to the buyer who makes a low ball offer. You may be surprised to learn that aside from the obvious not getting the deal a buyer making a low offer in the end may be spending more.
