So far in the last few months I have received 3 listings from Active Rain. In addition I have formed a couple of alliances which have meant buyers have been sent my way. I also have referred out leads.
I have referred agents to Active Rain . I find the information here a great training tool for our new agents. I have learned a lot personally.

Oh, and by the way things are not just going to come knocking at your door. You will have to search and explore. But in many ways it is like a treasure hunt. The journey makes finding the treasure in the end so much sweeter

HI Charlie... congratulations with your AR successes. Its a good part of the day to put yourself out there and available to buyers and sellers. I too have found many agents who are too busy to participate but are they really? Its another form of networking.
